About the Rotary China Team
The Rotary China Team assists the RI Special Representative in providing guidance to the Rotary clubs in China.
The Special Representative chairs the Rotary China Team. As his deputy, Assistant Special Representative Serge Dumont has a role similar to that of an assistant governor.

The Team consists of a number of committees that are responsible for the coordination of the usual Rotary functions. They provide guidance to the Rotary clubs in the PRC and can ask other Rotarians to serve in their committee.
