Randal is a long term resident of Shanghai for more than 9 years with his wife and children. A former Rotarian from the Rotary Club of Ottawa he joined with fellow former Rotarians in Shanghai in 1998 to spearhead the growth of a fellowship group that eventually became the provisional Rotary Club of Shanghai in 2001.
Randal is Past President of the "Expatriate Rotarians and Friends" from 1999-2001 and since it was granted provisional (and now full club) status he has also served as Club Secretary and Director for International Service, Foundation and now Membership.
For the past 4 years Randal has been working his colleague Georgie Yam to build Dragonfly into a world-class service brand that can take its unique blend of fashion and relaxation lifestyle to ever more customers in China and abroad.
