We can't go into any detail today, but the RCT conference program included this Saturday a fellowship event hosted by the RC Beijing called "Rotary Idol 2007". This concluded with a very unusual Oktoberfest skit that certainly broke the ice between the clubs and amused all. RC Shanghai president Roger Owens was crowned Miss Oktoberfest 2007.
